I have been involved with New Millennium Project since its founding in 2012. I have enjoyed assisting in supporting our veterans in any way needed including intake procedures.

My background in counseling, organization, management and teaching has been an asset when working on the NMP team. My experience teaching in a private school, working for the Boy Scouts of America, teaching at the YMCA, managing a large Yoga, Pilates and Massage Studio in Houston, TX, has also added to a skill set uniquely valuable when working with the veteran community.

I am passionate about practicing and teaching Yin yoga and offering natural healing as a certified Reiki Master.
