Deborah Douglas

Deborah was drawn to helping others at a very young age and has expressed that passion as she developed and honed her own skills as a practitioner and teacher of movement based healing arts. She is a personal trainer and works one on one helping others meet their goals in starting and maintaining a healthier life style thru exercise, Reiki, yoga and meditation.

In 1974, Deborah began training in an Okinawan Martial Art called Shorin Ryu, she now holds the title of Renshi (6th degree black belt) and 4th degree black belt in Traditional Okinawan Weapons.

Deborah became involved with NMP after attending a fundraiser in 2013, and has since then volunteered as a Reiki Master Practitioner. Her passion for helping others has transferred to helping and supporting our veterans on their journey back to wellness.
